- No standalone public admin CRUD API for policy management.
- Some token/streaming metadata fields are implementation-dependent by build.
- Counter state is process-local shared dict; container restarts reset in-memory state.
- Behavior in gateway failure scenarios depends on gateway configuration, not edge alone.

Treat these as design constraints during rollout and incident planning.
